What is our Purpose?
The purpose of the Southwest Georgia Tourism Association is to promote
travel and tourism in Southwest Georgia. The association develops
and engages in tourist-related programs designed to be beneficial
to the region and to work in cooperation with the Georgia Department
of Economic Development.
Who are our
members?
Membership in the Association will be offered to qualifying attractions,
chambers of commerce, business, organizations, agencies and individuals
within the following 26 counties composing our region:
Baker, Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Calhoun, Clay, Colquitt, Cook,
Decatur, Dougherty, Early, Echols, Grady, Lanier, Lee, Lowndes, Miller,
Mitchell, Quitman, Randolph, Seminole, Terrell, Thomas, Tift, Turner
and Worth.
How does one
become a member?
Contact our regional representative or any one of our officers.
Our membership dues are $180 per calendar year (January – December)
